Shipping: We make all of our treats fresh, made to order. So we will need 3-5 days to complete your order. 
We ship all of our items with USPS Priority Mail to insure you receive your treats in 2-3 days. This decreases the risk of damage to the treats by ensuring that you receive them in a timely fashion. We are only able to ship within the United States at this time.

We are able to ship one half pound order for $5.15. 2-6 half pound orders can be shipped for $11.30. And 7-14 half pound orders can be shipped for $16.00.

We are available to prepare treats for you and your pup Mondays-Fridays. Shipping will go out Mondays-Saturdays.

Returns and Exchanged: We do our best to ensure you receive quality products that are packaged and distributed with utmost care and protection, but if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the issue.

Please do your best to choose treats that will be appealing to your dog based on what you know he/she likes. We cannot guarantee that your dog will like a particular flavor and cannot offer refund based on this reason.
